  Such a genuine dealer! I visited so many dealers to get a decent car but cars were not as good as Reiagate autos and these guys have low mileage, great condition cars. The owners are so helpful, friendly and a proper family business. We even got Cappachino and donoughts while we did the paperwork. Bought a low mileage Nissan and i am very happy with it. Fully worth a visit to these guys. Recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you again guys!

  It is always good to have feedback and we encourage it, however, this particular one is inaccurate and an unjustified attack, and some facts are fabricated. The car was inspected for over 2.5 hours by the customer, they went through everything and was happy with the vehicle, which is 15 years old. The MOT was done at an independent tester, as we always do. We do not have mates who carry out MOTs and we take MOTs very seriously. Not sure how the customer has assumed the tester is a mate. The customer did contact us citing a higher tick over and we advised her to get the vehicle back to us to check it. We had given her free 12 months breakdown cover as well in case they needed to use it. The customer was refusing to bring the car back, and then cited more issues which was a surprise to us. We offered to pay for a diagnosis at a local garage since they were refusing to bring it over. The customer was not cooperative. We agreed to make a full refund, which we did without any fuss.
