- Angela Marden Review added: 2018.08.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There are some exceptional staff namely Cheryl, Brendon and Michelle to name but a few but my experience with some of the management leaves lots to be desired. I had cause to complain recently to the chairman Charles Harvey who subsequently responded dismissing my concerns and didn't even sign the letter himself! For a home that charges so much money a little courtesy wouldn't go amiss.
